The TAIT Internship program is a fully immersive, experiential program. Interns are placed in a department based on their major and interests, but it is up to them to set goals and define their experience at TAIT. Position: Controls Engineering Intern
Job Specifications: Controls Engineering Intern will be involved with project-based work and focus on specialized machinery, fabrications, and structures primarily for the entertainment technology industry. Controls Engineering Intern will draw on mainstream engineering principles and practices to create custom, innovative solutions.
Location: West Lincoln Facility in Lititz, PA
Duration: 06/09/2025 - 08/15/2025
Schedule: Interns are scheduled to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift dependent on projects and business needs
Eligibility: This role is open to U.S. Residents only
Gain experience with automated systems and an understanding of how various disciplines (mechanical, controls, artistic, etc.) interact
Perform hands-on troubleshooting to debug both software and electrical problems, checking logic, reading electrical schematics, and taking measurements as needed

This position also provides a path for continued growth as a: Associate Control Engineer, and Senior Control Engineer.
Housing: We offer a housing stipend our onsite interns in PA, NY, FL, CO, NV, and CA. This benefit applies to interns who live more than 50 miles from the worksite and would need to relocate to the area to complete their internship.
