Position Purpose
A Producer at TAIT is passionate about the experiential process, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Producer, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of exceptional live events, overseeing aspects from conception to completion and ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity are met.
Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Lead the development and execution of event strategies, concepts, and designs in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, scheduling, venue selection, vendor sourcing, and logistics coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Direct and manage on-site operations during events, overseeing load-ins, rehearsals, show calls, and load-outs to ensure seamless execution and adherence to timelines.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including production crews, technical staff, vendors, and subcontractors, to deliver outstanding results on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of our event offerings.
- Represent TAIT at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our client base.
- Perform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribed by the company.

- Extensive knowledge of technical production elements, including audio, lighting, video, rigging, and special effects.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as required by event schedules.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in event production, preferably in live entertainment, corporate events, or experiential marketing.
- Proficiency in communications and project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Keynote, Slack, Box and AirTable.
